Start by removing excess furniture and clutter, then give it a deep clean. If your walls are looking tired, think about giving them a fresh coat of paint in a neutral color. It also helps to minimize personal effects like photos and knick-knacks, so your home feels open and spacious.
- Make Minor Repairs
You don’t want prospective buyers to be deterred by minor problems like leaky faucets or cracked windowpanes.
Go ahead and make those minor repairs so your home can shine!
- Set the Stage
Some sellers choose to have their home professionally staged to make a great first impression. Stagers can bring in furniture or accessories or work with what you have to make your home fresh, sophisticated, and VERY attractive to buyers!
